These terms apply to the Lumen Anima Labs website, software information and digital products offered directly through lumenanima.com. Product-specific license files and checkout disclosures form part of the terms for the relevant digital product.
Website information
The website provides general information about Lumen Anima Labs, its principles and products under development. Content may change as products are tested and prepared for release.
Pre-release software
Descriptions of Marketplace Sync Guard reflect the intended product direction and current development status. Pre-release software may contain errors, change before launch or be unavailable at times. Users remain responsible for reviewing audit results and deciding what action to take in their own systems.
Read-only scope
Marketplace Sync Guard is designed as an independent auditing tool. It does not automatically update stock, prices or listings. It does not replace operational judgment, accounting controls or the source systems a user relies on.
Intellectual property
The Lumen Anima Labs name, site design, product names and original site content belong to their respective owner. References to third-party products or services do not imply endorsement or ownership.
External services
This website may link to third-party services such as GitHub. Those services operate under their own terms. Payment and licensing providers vary by product and are identified in the relevant checkout, product terms or privacy disclosures.
Digital art purchases
Lumen Digital Art products are digital downloads; no physical item is shipped. The checkout displays the price before payment. Download access is released after the payment provider reports an approved transaction.
Commercial-use permissions apply only when the purchased collection explicitly includes a commercial license. A commercial license may allow use in finished physical products while still prohibiting resale, sharing, sublicensing or redistribution of the source digital files. The license included in the downloaded package controls the permitted uses for that collection.
Some artwork may have been created or processed with AI-assisted tools. Lumen Anima Labs discloses that fact in the relevant storefront and package documentation. Buyers remain responsible for ensuring that their downstream use complies with the rules of any marketplace, print provider or platform they choose.
Payments, cancellations and refunds
Direct Digital Art checkout is processed by Mercado Pago. Payment availability, authorization and transaction handling are also subject to Mercado Pago's terms. Refund, cancellation and consumer-right requests are handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the transaction; these terms do not exclude rights that cannot legally be waived.
Commercial terms
Prices and product contents shown at checkout apply to that purchase. Product descriptions, previews and mockups may be updated, but the downloadable files identified for an approved order remain the deliverable for that transaction.
Updates
These terms may be revised as the product moves into production. The revision date above will indicate the latest published version.
